Does public mobile have any plans suitable for like a family? Is it possible to have two phones both hooked up with public mobile on some sort of family plan?

Unfortunately no. One device one account and no family plans at this current time. Never know what future will hold though!

Family plans that I have seen are still more expensive than separate PM plans for each person. But do be sure no one must have LTE speeds.

Each subscriber needs to have their own sim card, their own account with their own email address...no shared emails or account will fail to provision properly.

You can use the same valid credit card for each account, but try to stagger start-up dates. Sometimes cc's get nervous with multiple renewals at the same time.

No "Family Plans" here.
