Hello I changed a phone/sim and chose to transfer my number from rogers. When someone calls me I can receive a call with the old phone but receiving it with the new phone is not working. With both phones I can make calls. I did not cancel service with rogers yet. Thank you.

It can take 2 hours or up to 2 days from another cellular provider. If it gets too 2 days you should contact mods. In a meantime use your old sim until it stops working. Once your old sim is out test all your features.

Hopefully it's all done soon

Welcome to pm

I ported a Rogers number to PM 1 year ago and another Rogers number to PM last week around mid-night central time. Both port were completed in 30 minutes.

Your port may be stuck. You may send a private message to moderator for help.

While you are waiting for moderator, continue to use your Rogers SIM card until it stop work. The, start using your PM SIM card.

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
