      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I try to dial out PM advises calls are not a part of my plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have verified my account is paid up ($150/3 months) and the next payment due on March 22.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Plan &amp;amp; Add-Ons from top menu. Lost/Stolen Phone from next menu. Suspend Service button. Log out. Wait a few minutes. Log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone.&lt;BR /&gt;See what happens.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
