      <description>&lt;P&gt;Depends. Usually you can port by yourself in self serve. Unless it's Koodo prepaid.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ports from cell companies take up to 2 hours usually.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If contacting mods expect a 24 hour turnaround time but upto 48.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you provide more details then we can give you more accurate info.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There you will see change phone number option. Provide your phone number and account number. Then check the Authorized box.
