@keni you'll have to message the moderator_team and ask them for help! In the meantime you can add more funds to your account and purchase that add on. The moderator_team might take up to 48 hours to reply.

Why didn't you just add the add on your self? It's very simple via self serve or via calling 611 from your PM Phone
