Voicemail number

Somehow I programmed my phone to call voicemail but didn't include the #1 first.. Now I can't change it. Can someone tell me how to change this number?

@Pebblespei, what phone and dialer app are you using? That will determine where the setting is in the menus. I use stock android with the google dialer app. The voicemail number is set in the call forwarding sub menu. The Public Mobile voice mail number is local area code+5804001. In my case, the GTA voicemail number is 16475804001.

When I programmed my voicemail number by holding down the 1, I didn't include the 1 so the voicemail was only calling my local number. I have since fixed it by calling my local voicemail number. Thanks again for all your help!

You can hold down #1 in dialer and it should bring up your voicemail.
