      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to set up self-serve for my new phone plan, but when I enter the 6-digit verification code that I recieve by SMS, it doesn't work and I just get a new text. Have gone through about 15 codes so far...anyone else had this problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
