PC Mobile is now the Mobile Shop. You can sign up there if you wish, or at home online.

In store is at participating retailers like walmart, wow! mobile, the mobile shop, etc

Yes. You can activate your plan at The Mobile Shop inside RCSS. But if you want to take advantage of the $25 referra;l promo, you need to buy a PM SIM card and activate you plan at home online.
