I have my serial number saved but I lost my phone and I would like to track it. Are you guys able to send me the last availabile address of the phone?

Public mobile is unable to find your phone. In your self service account, you are able to report your phone lost/stolen so then the other person is unable to use it.

You may able to find it via the phone itself. For example, iphone has a Find phone function.

Can’t public mobile see the last address of where the phone was? I can still send the serial number...

@EsseyroMost telecom companies only give tracking info with a court order. It is best and more accurate to use your Google account (if you have data) or Apple's find my iPhone features, as they use not just cell signals (which is not accurate but with wifi ie public wifi SSID and GPS).

The best you can hope is they blacklist it so no one can use it.
