      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is only US roaming.&amp;nbsp; You would either have to purchase a local sim or use sim like Gigsky.&amp;nbsp; Alternatively if you have wi-fi then you could use apps like Fongo, Whatsapp, Textnow, or Skype.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
