I lost my credit card and received a new one. How do I contact public mobile as I have auto pay on the old one.

Change the credit card info in your self serve account.

You can go in your self serve account and do it by yourself @lainey1 ..

In Payment you can change your credit card here..MANAGE MY CARD in orange above your pag

@lainey1 If you have a problems with website errors while changing your card try using Chrome incognito.

Hi!

You have to change the credit card settings yourself. To do so, you have to go to the public mobile site then to the <Payment> section of the page. You'll then find a <Manage my card> link at the bottom of the page. That's where you'll be able to see the form to change your credit card information.
