      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&amp;nbsp; I am trying to activate a sim card.&amp;nbsp; When I click on the Activate a Sim Card link under Getting Started, I receive the following message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"activate.publicmobile.ca - Connection failed"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Error code 20"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"The proxy failed to connect to the web server, due to TCP connection timeout."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"2019-08-28 01:46:31 UTC"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Your IP xx.xx.xx.xx (Proxy IP xxx.xxx.xx.xx (ID 10675)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Origin Server IP x.x.x.xxx&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why would there be a proxy IP?&amp;nbsp; I never use a proxy IP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else able to successfully click on the Activate a Sim Card Link or is it only me?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
