    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just switched to public mobile from Koodo - the nice lady at the counter told me that if I wanted to keep my old 604 number that I would have to come to the website and do some messaging.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How would I go about getting my old number back as soon as possible? Somewhat urgent. Please help. I've already gone onto my self-serve account (made one today) and used the "Switch Number" feature and entered my old number - said it wasn't eligible for some reason.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If yes, then you need to message the moderator team and provide them with your Koodo account number, name on the account and your Koodo phone number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To contact Public Mobile click &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;. The link&amp;nbsp; sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I was in the same boat as you - I also recently switched from Koodo to PM. The thing is, Koodo does not allow you to just switch it like that. You would need to call Koodo, upon which a staff will guide you through the entire process of terminating your services with Koodo. After that, you will be able to go with PM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
