Hi,

I forgot my account password and when I try the “Forgot password?” option, it doesn’t even show me my secret question to answer. Please help me.

Does it give you an error? Does it not proceed after the e-mail verification step? What happens when you input your e-mail address twice?

@Lutsk92 - The forgot password feature sometimes does not work well. In this case, you will need to contact the moderator team and ask them to reset your password for you. Be patient, response time is not instant...

Try using a different browser and incognito mode. Also clear your cache and cookies then reboot. Waiting an hour then try logging in again.
