You may not need a PUK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK."&lt;BR /&gt;- This is asking for Samsung's "master code" - I got this after entering the wrong code for the message below too many times. Samsung and/or your previous carrier can give you this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"SIM network unlock PIN"&lt;BR /&gt;- This is asking for your previous carrier's unlock code - just contact them with your IMEI and they'll give it to you easy peasy.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried phoning Samsung and they told me if I had the rest of the card my sim came in the puk is on that somewhere, otherwise I needed to get my puk code from my service provider.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you though.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes it is the puk sim network locked and I phoned them to see if they could help but they told me I need to get the puk code from my service provider which I'm trying to do as we speak.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Call then to see if they will provide you with a code. Did you by any chance create a PIN for your sim card in the past?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You have to get it from Public Mobile &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the exact message you are getting from the phone? Also how many times have you tried entering the code? The exact message is important to determine which code you need, also if you enter the code too many times you will get locked out and need other codes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
