Usually they answer within in 24 hours, but can take a few days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do not send multiple messages. This increases the queue and adds to the time moderators take to locate all your messages. But a refund could take that long so you may as well leave it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it happens again next renewal then take some action.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would probably wait for the system to automatically take it out from your next month's payment.&amp;nbsp; If it happens again, I guess you would have to contact the MOD.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
