    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hiere i just changed my plan today and my funds were accepted.. But i have no service ... My name is Dale.&amp;nbsp; i am in nova scotia . Also my servive area keeps changing..       <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you port an old phone number from an old service? It can take a couple hours for that change to go through.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
