    <description>&lt;P&gt;The Moderators should be able to see that you were unable to use the add-on as the data would show as unused. I think if you take the right approach, and be kind, they will likely understand. It's not your fault it didn't work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;US Data Roaming Add-on(1 GB for 10 days for $20) never worked. Tried to reboot the phone and also tried to update the carrier settings but still unsuccessful. What's procedure to cancel this add-on get refund?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
