How do I reply to a PM

I got a pm for resetting my pin did the verification but can't figure out how to reply to the mod to get the pin changed help please, I don't see a reply button. It also shows I haven't read the message.

@Patmac, you should be able to view it within the Private Message "envelope" in the upper right corner of every Community webpage. You'll be able to click the message, and a reply button will be below the message.

Click on the subject line and then scroll down that window.

At the bottom of the message do you see "Report" and a "Delete" and "Reply" buttons?

Very quick response to my little problem, now I have my pin in two places! So far very happy with public mobile.
