Nothing visible there means you've used all your data allowance.

For a couple months I have been experiencing troubles with my 3G/LTE. My phone does not get iMessages or emails etc. instantly. I will get a bunch at a time, up to an hour after the sender had actually messaged me. When I receive the message it says ":7 minutes ago" for example even though it just popped up on my phone. It seems to only get messages when I fetch for them myself by opening and using my phone for other data related things, at that point it will retrieve all messages since I last did it.

I've merged these 2 threads because they are identical, but I have left the duplicate message intact, just in case you are subscribed both.
