$40+ tax, I presume? Assuming 13%, your plan is actually $45.20.

We only see that in-store buying vouchers or on the payment card. Not in the system.

Semantics 🙂 I see it that the taxes have already been paid external to the system. The OP has enough Available Funds to cover his plan and GinYVR is most likely right that it's the renewal.
