@CoryestWhat does your selfserve page say? Is your plan is active? etc?

Just note in general if you need moderator assistance the turn around time is often 48+ hours. For business use I highly recommend moving a tier which offers 24/7 phone support eg Koodo Postpaid or Telus.

Try the lost/stolen feature.
Log in to self-serve. Plan & Add-Ons from top menu. Lost/Stolen Phone from next menu. Suspend Service button. Log out. Wait a few minutes. Log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone.
See what happens.

2. Manually add another $1 into your account and restart the phone.

@GinYVR: mod Oana posted recently...maybe wait times are down these days

Try waiting for a little because it takes a few hours for your plan to renew

If it still doesnt renew or work after a day then try contacting the moderator team and they can help you out
