      <description>&lt;P&gt;If your still having this issue then yes message a mod&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Takes around 48 hours to get a reply but you may be surprised and get a quicker response.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you send your message include as much info as you can including your phone number email address so when they reply to you there not asking you for this info and you need to then wait again for them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Out of curiosity,&amp;nbsp; did you port a number over of did you get a new number?&amp;nbsp; if you ported is it possible the port did not complete or still in progress (ie does the old sim work)?&amp;nbsp; and that could be the issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
