Charged extra for a US roaming add-on

I have added a US roaming add-on for 22.60$(with taxes) but I am charged 33.90 additionally for some reason.

Please let me know how the extra charge of 33.90 can be reversed.

Log into My Account / Plan & Add-ons tab at top of page.. Is there any unusual purchased add-ons noted there ?

Did you purchase the US Talk,text,data bundle $20 and US data only for $10 so total $30 + tax = 33.90 ?

Nope.

Its just the $20 plan + taxes.

It seems there was some technical glitch.Not sure how to get help on this one.

If there was an overcharge then they will likely add it as a credit in your account which will be used to pay towards your renewal. Hearing back from them can take upto 48 hours.

You didn't have a renewal on the same day did you, just a thought?
