      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I bought my monthly voucher like I always get and put it on my phone the plan usually renews on its it's own and I have me calling and texting but now it renewd and I have no calling or texting it took my monthly voucher renewed my plan and when I call it says I have to by a long distance add on and that my plan does not have enough to make the call so I bought a data and a long distance add on hoping it would make my regular plan work somehow and I still cannot call or text even with my add ons purchased&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then choose &lt;STRONG&gt;Lost/Stolen Phone&lt;/STRONG&gt; tab. &amp;nbsp;The choose &lt;STRONG&gt;Suspend Service&lt;/STRONG&gt; tab. &amp;nbsp;Logout.&amp;nbsp; Wait few minutes.&amp;nbsp; Login in and report your phone found.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Reboot phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Just search for "Public Mobile" in all your email inboxes and see which email address has the email you got from PM. Another trick is to add $5 more to your account and see if it wakes up and starts working again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
