      <description>&lt;P&gt;Public mobile can't help with locked phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should contact manufacturer or original provider, they must provide you with unlock code free of charge&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pm simply has no access to such info&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You have to ask original carrier.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CRTC is not who you contact to file complaint. You would need to go to CCTS.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
