      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can not change the settings they are greyed out. But what I can get from the other Messages, they are the correct settings. I still can't send and receive any mms. I have no trouble sending or receiving sms's. My data is enabled. My wife has the same problem with her android 6. We both have the same public mobile plan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Go to Network &amp;amp; Internet, then Mobile network, check that Mobile data is on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;Android Settings. Go to Network &amp;amp; Internet, then Mobile network, check that Mobile data is on&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check that your data connection is working correctly by opening a website on your browser&lt;/P&gt;</description>

(A8 terminology) Or Preferred Network Type? Like LTE or WCDMA or UMTS or HSDPA? Or 4G or 3G?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Or do you know someone with another carrier?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How about that list of other ideas I mentioned?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is shown in your APN Type field?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
