No. it is for new activation only.

Your current plan is qualified to receive the free bonus 1GB data in couple of weeks.

You can activate a new account to take advantage of this promo. If you want to use the phone number, you need to port is out to another provider and port it back to the new account. Do the calculation whether the saving worth effort to make it happens.

On all new customer promo, terms of it need to be followed and you need to actuvate duringn the promo.
