today i refil my phone $ 25.00 , after that i am dialing but my call is not going throuh, and messeage is saying you are not uble to registerd with long distance call but i am calling at the same number before i dialed all the time since 8 years ,i am your customer. and i switch the phone set also it's samething, so plz check my number plz......

Try turning phone off ./ on again. Let us know if this helps.

Does your self-serve say Active? If you dial 611 does it ask for money right away?
