Solution stealing?

If anyone sees something fishy, post it here. Let's work together till the "product specialist and our back-end system team " fixes this issue. If you see something, say something.

Both of these posts were just marked as solved to the same party, But the op has not logged in today so its impossible they marked this as the solution. But the person who got both solutions is logged in and online right now. Sounds shady. @NDesai @ShawnC13 @stonechucker @will13am @mimmo

Solution was given here, https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Rewards/Community-Reward/m-p/415 by a retired PM staff, who has not logged in since 2015.

@Jessica_T unfortunaley we cant really do much. We can basically only message PM staff, just like you. they might look at one of our messages more quickly but that really as much as we can do.

we can mark and unmark solutions but without seeing it happen I am hesitant to make those type of changes.

@Jessica_T - acknowledging I have read the two threads surrounding this issue. I am looking into this and at first glance looks like a change Lithium made rather than a change we made. Will keep you posted when more info is available. Thanks for highlighting this to the team.

I too don't like to make changes in situations like this. Two wrong don't make a right.

While this type of bug is going around, some are going to slip thorugh. It'd be diffiicult to catch every instance of this because it would require every solution to be investigated. As well, it's one thing to be suspicious of a solution, but another to have absolute proof that someone is involved with these types of games.
