    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&amp;nbsp; I am blocked access to my account also and have no idea what to do.&amp;nbsp; I simply need to change my credit card details. The website said my password was wrong. I tried to reset it. They said that they sent me a link to reset it but by the time I actually got is was not for a number of hours and I was timed out by the time I got it and I can't open it.&amp;nbsp; Then it said I was successful in changing my password but it wouldn't accept it anyway.&amp;nbsp; A number of re-attempts and I am now locked out. It says contact Public Mobile but I can't figure out how.&amp;nbsp; This is truly frustrating after two days and hours of trying.&amp;nbsp; I feel like just dropping out of this unfriendly phone program.&amp;nbsp; There has to be an easier way. Thanks for any help.&amp;nbsp; Ron&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My service got disconnected even though I had auto pay on and now I can't log into self serve either. My password wouldn't work and when I click on "forgot password" they email me a link and I create a new password but that doesn't work either when I try to log on. Someone please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="courier new,courier"&gt;I just logged into 2 of my accounts and they worked. Maybe it was a temporary thing. Clear your cache, use incognito mode and try again.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
