If your account lapses more than 90 days it is no longer in the system, but you could get into a loop.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi as mentioned by the community members, you cannot contact the moderators from here&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should try the link mentioned and if that does not work then click on the message icon -&amp;gt; new message -&amp;gt; send to -&amp;gt; moderator_team&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/96543"&gt;@SilvaDave&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, the password reset doesn't seem to work for everyone.&amp;nbsp; As suggested, you need to private message the moderator team to do password reset.&amp;nbsp; I don't think you need an email reset.&amp;nbsp; But if you do want to change the email, that is also possible through the moderator team.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
