Also try if you have a unit number in your address then put it in the main address line like with the street address, you can try leaving out last digit of postal code also you might get locked by the system after several failed attempts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;611 are you on a grand father plan and have live help? If so you have to call 1-855-4public not 611. But all the new members and all new plans for quite a while now are unable to use live phone support. Could be 10 year old or 100 year old person.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A &lt;EM&gt;Pioneer&lt;/EM&gt; customer refers to someone who (i) joined Public Mobile before January 27th, 2015, and (ii) is not on a rewards eligible rate plan. &amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;Pioneer&lt;/EM&gt; customers are on plans that are no longer available to new customers, and these plans include access to a 1-855-4PUBLIC call centre.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are on a &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/General-Reward-Rules/ta-p/164" target="_self"&gt;rewards eligible plan&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;you are not on a &lt;EM&gt;Pioneer&lt;/EM&gt; plan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
