    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/96504"&gt;@ChuckR49&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you using a LG phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If yes, you need to do a network reset after changing to different provider before getting your data working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Perform the network with your PM SIM card inserted.&amp;nbsp; Re-start your LG phone. It will setup&amp;nbsp;your APN automatically.&amp;nbsp; If not, manually setup APN as per above posts in this thread.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Just make sure the APN settings are correct and/or not missing on your new phone. What is the make and model of your new phone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
