Other than finding a window of operational...you can use the 611 to toggle off autopay.

If you're thinking of transfering your number elsewhere then be sure to do that and then the transfer will "cancel" the service anyway.

just make sure you remove the credit card autopay before you porting out your number.

PM portal server is acting up again in the mid of 2 days promo.

It may be down again after midnight. My renewal is after midight. Finger crossed for renewal going smoothly.

If I was you I would withdraw from the credit card as soon as I have chance, just in case. Nothing wrong with positive account balance.

The self serve page was down on my IOS but it works on my laptop. Maybe try logging in on a different device.
