How do people apply their reciept of payment to their quickbooks account?

I don't see anywhere to download a reciept.

There is no option to download an actual receipt....only option is to message a moderator and request one...which will take time to receive

Ok. Thank you for the answer. Maybe they have a solution.

I wonder if there is another way people can associate the payment made with their quickbooks account which I haven't figured out yet.

@Chefpeter, how would you handle a paper handwritten receipt in the software? As Public Mobile doesn't have a specific document available for download, the handwritten receipt is essentially what you're going to receive.

If you choose to pay via vouchers, a receipt is produced on the spot for the service and would include the information you're looking for. At least I think it would.

Your accountant may say otherwise.

Top up your account at each renewal with a store bought voucher...then you have a receipt in your hand..
