      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a phone with 2 sim cards. Both accounts are active.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One number I can use , call and receive messages. The 2nd number when I go to dial says a screen shot cellualr network not availble. What does that mean and how do I fix it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/71151"&gt;@Talisman&lt;/a&gt;, what dual SIM phone are you using?&amp;nbsp; What two SIM cards are being used on the phone?&amp;nbsp; Which SIM slot is the Public Mobile SIM card placed in?&amp;nbsp; Some dual SIM phones are only 2G compatible for SIM slot 2.&amp;nbsp; Public Mobile only works on 3G and LTE.&amp;nbsp; So, lots of possible issues.&amp;nbsp; More information is needed to isolate the problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
