      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello I got a 40$ phone card today, usually I get a 50$ one but got told at the gas station they don't do 50$ so added the money to my account but my phone still didn't work so I tried to change my plan and now my phone isn't working at all and in not sure what to do now&lt;/P&gt;</description>
