      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When did you switch?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did it work at all since you switched?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Purple often use lost stolen trick to reset the provision on their account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if it doesn't show up at all and never did you may have to contact &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_self"&gt;mods&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it did work at some point, are there any chances that you used it up?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/94715"&gt;@all4girls&lt;/a&gt;, from the overview tab, what do you see as your current plan?&amp;nbsp; As noted, you may have selected to make the plan change on the next renewal which means you need to wait for the renewal to enjoy the new plan features.&amp;nbsp; If you made the change effective immediately, you would see the new plan features right away in the overview.&amp;nbsp; Crucially, you will have been billed right away for the plan change.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
