How do I find the SIM card pin #? I'm trying to activate my phone

Are you not referring to the 20-digit SIM card number on the SIM card itself? It is usually listed on the SIM card - on or directly under it in small font - it's the longest number you want to use to activate your SIM.

@LindsieFor card pin you will need to contact the moderators. Are you sure it is not asking for the Network unlock code? Which you would need from your phone's previous carrier.

@savvyActually Public Mobile's SIM are 19 digits. 3 lines of 5 digits + 1 line of 4 digits.

Ahh I see. I'm pretty sure another companies SIMs were 20 digits, so that's likely why I mixed them up.

Is your phone unlock?

You don’t need SIM pin to use Public Mobile SIM but you need your phone to be unlock.

@Lindsie The sim number can be found written on the back of your sim card. Previously activated PM sim cards cannot be reactivated.

Sim card PIN is not asked during activation. Code is 1234.
