    <description>&lt;P&gt;If text messaging is actually part of your plan (not all plans have it, and you can still get texts from PM themselves even without a text plan) then try logging into "My Account" and reporting the phone lost/stolen. Wait 5-10 minutes and then report it found. That will deactivate your SIM and then reactivate it refreshed. It usually clears up provisioning issues on accounts.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hii,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am continuously getting the message from 611 "Sorry, your current plan does not include text messaging. To update your plan to include texting and for info about your account visit selfserve.publicmobile.ca" its very irritating, till now i have got more than 1000 messages. Please help me out and provide solution as fast as possible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
