Weird Account Balance

For some reason my account shows a balance of $87. When I dial *611 it says my plan renewed and the US talk text and data add in I bought has been added. Also notes my balance is now $17. My question is why would self serve say $87 and *611 say $17? It's rather odd.

The self-serve account may be delayed. If it doesn't change in the next few days you should contact a moderator.

You may want to look at your payment history page in your self service account. That would give you the most accurate history of your recent transactions. If you have further questions, you can screenshot your payment history page (remove any personal information)
