      <title>NO service and NO response from Mods</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I changed my plan today and made payment, yet&amp;nbsp; have no service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have PM'd the Mods and have got no response and more troubling ...The last time a mod responded to an inquery was a WEEK ago.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Where are the mods and how do I get my service restored?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any and all help is greatly appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am new here but I would recomend using the self serv app to verify the funds, phone number, SIM number, ect. Then I would remove the SIM card and reseat it then do a restart of your phone. It may not solve your problem but it is a good place to start.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can add money to pay for add-ons. You can add money to renew or reactivate the plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the status of the account? Are you trying to buy add-ons?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Using the phone with your sons SIM in, what happens when you dial 611?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
