Hi there.. if you ordered the north american then yes .. it works fully with 4g lte.

if you order the chinese or european variant, phone will work at 3g not lte.

I'm currently using the one plus 2 north american .. and it works great.

I just checked out their site and by the looks of it . this seems to be the chinese variant..

the phone should still work but you wont have 4g lte. you can still operate at 3G hspa+

but if you dont "mind" getting slower internet speed, then you should go for this.

Frankly, you get better reception and battery life on hspa as it is.

I agree with you. Though I have a 2015 Moto G with LTE recommended, I keep it at 3G, for longer battery life.
