      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try taking out the SIM card, restarting the phone, then reinserting the SIM. If that doesn't work turn the phone off, then start it in reset mode (but don't reset it) just wipe the cache, then restart the phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
