      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can anyone please help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have no data on my phone. I have tried entering the apn settings and restarting my phone. I have also checked and have not used any data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since having my account for a few months I hardly have any data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just checked willmyphonework.net.That phone seems to have full 3g support. Until you get it working I'd set it to 3g to rule out any incompatibility.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Settings -&amp;gt; cell networks-&amp;gt; prefered network type-&amp;gt; select 3g&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have:-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- logged into my account, it shows I have 0 of 500gb used&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-&amp;nbsp;set it to 3G&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- restarted my phone after removing the sim and putting it back in&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;nothing is working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
