Log into your account.

Click payment
Bottom left click manage my card.

Log into Self Serve account, if you have not created one yet, you can do that here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

Then navigate to the PAYMENT Tab and go to the bottom, left corner of the page to update your card.

Hello @wmartin2167

Before logging into your self-serve account to begin, recommend following this procedure to avoid the common glitches that sometimes occur with this process:

Clear your browser's cache & cookies
Use incognito mode
Now, log into your self-serve account
Click Payment tab
Select "Manage My Card"
Select "replace card"
Type your address exactly as from your billing statement
Don't use a space in the postal code
Use ALL CAPS if necessary
Type everything, not letting autofill complete any fields

@wmartin2167 - it depends what type of device you are on, I suppose. Start by looking under your HISTORY, then SHOW FULL HISTORY, then you should see something showing 'Clear cache data and/or cookies.

EDIT - but you do not need to do this unless you are receiving error when you log into your SELF SERVE account or it is missing content.

Depending on the device you're using, by navigating to your search history of web pages, there you'll find options to clear browsing history and such.
