    <description>&lt;P&gt;St. John's&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Restarted a few times, turned wifi on/off a few times, and even turned Airplane Mode on/off to see if it helped trigger it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No wifi access here in the building to try (not till lunch time)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any outage issues or something going on with the network? Got a "No Internet Access" icon on my phone. Restarted a few times, and turned on/off the mobile network and still nothing. Everything was fine about 30 mins ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mark&lt;/P&gt;</description>
