      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/69427"&gt;@Aaden0809&lt;/a&gt;, what exactly do you mean by reset the account?&amp;nbsp; Do you need to reset your password?&amp;nbsp; If so, there is a Forgot Your Password link on the login page. Try that out.&amp;nbsp; if you do not get a password reset email within an hour or two, you would need to contact the moderator team via private message.&amp;nbsp; Should that be needed...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; to send the moderator team a private message.
