@Karimaghazani, please edit your post, remove the phone number. This is a public forum, and you've posted your personal information.

ALSO, sign-in to your My Account page to remove your credit card from AutoPay. This is something you must do yourself.

@Karimaghazani, I've just discovered, by call *611, menu option 5 is 'to add or remove AutoPay'

This may be easier for you.

There are 2 ways to remove auto-pay:

1. Call 611 on your phone and and then press 5 (add or remove auto-pay)

2. Go to your self serve account and go to myaccount and login, go to my payment, manange auto payment and disable it from there.

I believe you might need to know your pin bumber to enable or disable autopay.
